Last month we released our annual Human
Resource update. We threw out the policy manual and replaced it with guidelines.
Rather than adhering to a list of rules and regulations set by management, our
employee-owners now work (and live) by guidelines
that were created by the men and women that work on the shop floor Why? At
AMBAC, we believe you should have a voice in how your company is run. This is
why we spend an enormous amount of energy to ensure everyone is educated in
the business, both the "why" and the "how". Every person at AMBAC knows all information about our business, from
our core values to our financial details. More importantly, they know how each
individual contribution adds up to a bigger and better AMBAC. Everyone has a seat at the table - and a piece
of the action. Boring? Possibly. But boring done better.
